Get to Know WLPP Law

WLPP Law was formed in 1979, as there was a need for HOA attorneys in Denver and throughout the State of Colorado who could focus on community association law.

Over the last 40+ years, we’ve built a practice known for its institutional knowledge, experience, and skillset. As much as we care for our clients, we also care for our team, and we are a learning and training ground for some of the best HOA attorneys in Denver and the state.

We see ourselves as a firm that is focused on elevating, innovating, and adapting to today’s modern world, while remaining rooted in meeting the needs of the communities we serve.
